Last year, Intercept achieved ISO 27001 certification, certified by the British Standard Institution (BSI). We then worked continuously to improve our information security management system. Last week, as a result, we passed the annual ISO audit with flying colors.

Intercept realizes smart, innovative, and highly available IT infrastructures based on Azure Cloud technology combined with solutions from Microsoft, Citrix, and KEMP. Because Intercept acts as a trusted advisor to its clients, information security is critical. Obtaining and now renewing the ISO 27001 certificate is thereby confirmation that Intercept meets the highest standards with regard to information security.

ISO 27001 is the international standard

The ISO 27001:2013 certification is the international standard in the field of information security. The standard focuses on continuously managing and improving information security risks. The standard oversees both the establishment of information security processes and procedures and their compliance, control, review, and continuous improvement. The ISO 27001 certification indicates that information security is a spearhead for Intercept, so customers can rest assured that their data is in safe hands.
